1. Could you please elaborate on which changes you made to the Sub-processors Page?

A summary of the updates is provided below:

Newly Added Sub-processors

  • EON.io Inc.
    EON has been added as a sub-processor to support monday.com’s services. EON provides backup infrastructure services that support the storage and recovery of customer data.

Updates to Existing Sub-processors

  • Nebius Inc.
    Nebius previously appeared only in the list of sub-processors supporting monday.com AI services and tools. It has now also been added to the general sub-processors list to reflect its use in supporting monday.com’s services for all customers, where it provides data embedding services that support search capabilities. 
  • Cloudflare, Inc.
    The description of Cloudflare’s services has been updated to include Cloudflare Sandbox SDK, which supports secure execution environments for certain AI-powered capabilities within monday vibe. 

This update reflects an expansion of services provided by an existing sub-processor and does not involve the addition of a new vendor.

Removed Sub-processors

  • dbt Labs, Inc.
    dbt Labs, Inc. will be removed from monday.com’s list of sub-processors following the conclusion of its services to monday.com.

Updated to Support & Services Providers

  • The list of monday.com subsidiaries has been updated to include monday.com’s Mexican subsidiary, MONDAY.COM, S.A. DE C.V.
  • The following service provider will be removed from the service providers list: Telus Philippines.


2. Why am I receiving this update?

You are receiving this email because you are an admin of a monday.com account or you have registered to receive updates to our Sub-Processors Page. We are required to keep you informed about changes made to our Sub-Processors Page for transparency reasons.

 

3. Is any action required from me?

No action is required from you, and you may continue to use monday.com as usual. That said, we do recommend checking out the Sub-Processors Page, available at monday.com/terms/subprocessors,  to see which changes we have made.

 

4. I am unsubscribed from receiving marketing emails – why did I receive this update?

Since this concerns an email informing you of an update to our Sub-Processors Page and addresses your legal rights – you still received this email despite being unsubscribed from email marketing communications from us. Therefore, in the future, you will continue to receive these updates for transparency reasons.

We meticulously review their procedures for upholding privacy, security, and confidentiality standards, enter into a data processing agreement with them that incorporates the appropriate modules of the Standard Contractual Clauses, and ensure enforcement of all related obligations.
