Welcome to Taka.ai by monday.com, a collaborative AI powered tool for interacting with AI Agents, either individually or in group settings, and any tools or functionality offered by us via Taka.ai (“Taka”). Your use of Taka is subject to these Taka Beta Terms, the monday.com Terms of Service and the monday AI Terms and Conditions (“Applicable Terms”).
Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Applicable Terms.
Text, prompts, instructions, or other content you upload to or use with Taka will be considered “Content” under the Applicable Terms .Configurations, workflows, or actions generated, executed by or via Taka, including through agents, automation, third party integrations, or other system-driven behaviors, are part of the functionality of the Taka service and will be considered “Configurations and Actions” under the Applicable Terms.
You may access and use Taka subject to your compliance with the Applicable Terms. monday.com at any time, may modify these Applicable Terms, terminate Taka, or any part thereof, at its sole discretion and without liability to you.
