monday.com Connect Program
Welcome to the monday.com Connect Programs (a “Program(s)”). Please read carefully these Program Terms (the “Terms”), and don’t enter into the Program if you don’t agree to be bound by these Terms.
- By accepting these Terms or by enrolling to one of our Ambassador Programs you agree and acknowledge that (i) you are not relying on any representation or statement other than as expressly set forth in these Terms; (ii) that you have full legal authority to enter into these Terms; and; (iv) you obtained your employers approval and consent to Participate in a Program.
- Governing Terms. These Terms together with the monday.com Terms of Service incorporated herein by reference, govern your participation in the Program. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the monday.com Terms of Service. In case of any contradiction between these Terms and the monday.com Terms of Service, the Terms shall prevail.
- Qualification. monday.com may determine qualification criteria for participation in a Program, and may at its sole discretion approve or deny any application to participate in a Program and remove you from a Program at any time for any reason and without notice.
- Participation and Contribution. As part of your participation in a Program, you will be asked to contribute back to monday.com communities, which may include, connecting with other participants of a Program, attending monday.com various events, participation in social activities, provide feedback to monday.com about its services and platform, and other contribution according to the applicable Program you are taking part of. (“Ambassador Contribution”). monday.com may change the Ambassador Contributions at any time by providing you with a 15 days notice.
- Program Benefits. From time to time, monday.com may provide program participants with various benefits, at its sole discretion, such as: (a) access to the community group chat; (b) access to various resources, contents and customized content; (c) invitations to monday.com events, webinars and the likes; (d) monday.com swag and goodies; and (e) other benefits according to the relevant Program (altogether: “Program Benefits”). You warrant and represent that you are permitted to receive Program Benefits in accordance with your employer’s policies. You agree and acknowledge that monday.com is not obligated to provide you with Program Benefits, and may change a Program Benefits as it deems appropriate without notice.
- Intellectual Property. monday.com owns and retains all rights to any information, materials or intellectual property owned by them. Where content is provided to you for you to publish, monday.com provides you with a limited license to use such content in your respective marketing and social media channels.
- Use of Name, Logo and Information. You agree that by participating in a Program, monday.com may use your Name, and related biographical information, including, but not limited to, your image, voice, testimonial, quotes, workplace name and logo to identify you as participant in a Program, and use your name and related biographical information, in various marketing channels, social media accounts, website, marketing activities and/or in any other media as it deems fit, and in public announcements.
- Conduct. You shall at all times conduct yourself with due regard to public morals and conventions. If at any time, your behavior or conduct results or may result in public scandal, ridicule, in a manner that reflects unfavorably on monday.com, monday.com’s products or the image or the Company’s brand, or that reduces the value of monday.com’s association with you, monday.com shall have the right to terminate your participation in a Program. In addition, you warrant that you will not post, publish or create any content which may be considered illegal, offensive, abusing, infringing content, or which incorporate images or content that is, in any way, unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or racially, ethically or otherwise objectionable, including without limitation, sites or activities that: promote violence, promote gambling, promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, promote illegal activities or incorporate any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe anyone’s Intellectual Property Rights, or are directed towards children under 13 years of age.
- Non Disparagement. you agree to not to induce or cause any other person or entity to make negative statements or communications disparaging monday.com, its officers, directors or employees.
- Relationship. no employment or similar relationship exists between the parties.
- Changes.monday.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms in its sole discretion, and without notice.
