Expert Catalog Promotion Program Terms

These terms (“Promotion Program Terms”) apply to your participation in the Expert Catalog Promotion Matching Program (the “Promotion Program”). These Promotion Program Terms form part of the Certified Expert Terms and govern your participation in the Promotion Program. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Certified Expert Terms.

1. Scope.  You may participate in certain promotional matching activities initiated by monday.com from time to time subject to the terms of these Promotion Program Terms (“Promotions”). During each Promotion, monday.com may, at its discretion, match you with eligible monday.com Customers who are seeking certain Expert Services . to the matched customer, in accordance with predefined service categories provided by monday.com or as otherwise reasonably requested by the customer and approved by monday.com (the “Matched Services”)

2. Reimbursement 

2.1. monday.com will reimburse you for the Matched Services you provide under the each Promotion, in accordance with the applicable Reimbursement Rate and process communicated to you in writing by monday.com. 

2.2. Reimbursement Rate. In consideration for the Matched Services provided by you under each Promotion, monday.com will reimburse you at the rate specified in the applicable Promotion and communicated to you by monday.com (the “Reimbursement Rate”), subject to the terms set forth herein.

2.3. Reimbursement Conditions. Reimbursement is conditioned upon: (a) the successful completion of the Matched Services; (b) confirmation of delivery by the applicable Customer; (c) verification and approval by monday.com, in its sole discretion; (d) timely submission of any required documentation or confirmations; (e) compliance with the service level agreement as described in these Promotion Program Terms and (e) full compliance with these Promotion Program Terms and the Certified Expert Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, reimbursement is available only for Matched Services delivered to Customers as part of the each Promotion  and shall not exceed 1.5 hours per Customer engagement, unless otherwise approved in writing by monday.com in advance. monday.com shall have no obligation to reimburse for any services that do not meet the foregoing conditions.

2.4. Taxes. Reimbursements payable under these Promotion Program Terms are exclusive of any applicable taxes, levies, duties, or withholdings, including but not limited to VAT, income tax, or similar governmental charges (“Taxes”). You shall be solely responsible for determining and remitting all Taxes applicable to amounts received under the Promotion Program. If monday.com is required by applicable law to withhold any amounts in respect of Taxes from any reimbursement owed to you, such amounts may be withheld and remitted to the appropriate authorities. In such cases, monday.com will provide you with reasonable documentation confirming the withholding, and the net amount paid to you shall be deemed full satisfaction of the payment obligation.

2.5. Reporting and Invoicing. At the end of each calendar month during each Promotion, monday.com may provide you with a report identifying the Customers for whom you were matched and for whom you successfully completed Matched Services during that month (each, a “Qualified Match”). Following such report, you may submit an invoice to monday.com reflecting the applicable Reimbursement Rate for each Qualified Match. Subject to verification of delivery and approval of the invoice, monday.com shall remit payment within thirty (30) days of receipt. You shall not be entitled to additional compensation or reimbursement beyond what is explicitly agreed in these Promotion Program Terms.

3. Obligation to provide Services. Obligation to Provide Services If you are matched with a potential monday.com Customer under the Promotion Program, you are obligated to provide the Matched Services to such Customer. If, for any reason, you are unable to deliver the Matched Services, you must promptly notify monday.com in writing and no later than three (3) business days from the time of match, or as otherwise instructed by monday.com.

4.  Service Level Agreement. You agree to provide a Response to any customer request initiated through the Matched Services within 1 business day (24 business hours) of receipt. A “Response” is defined as an initial reply acknowledging the customer’s request and, where applicable, proposing a meeting, or other next steps. In cases where you are temporarily unavailable (e.g., due to travel or personal circumstances), you must set appropriate out-of-office communication to ensure customer support continuity. Failure to meet Response time expectations may impact visibility and eligibility within the Matched Services or related incentive programs, or result in removal from the Promotion Program.

5. No Matching Guarantee. You acknowledge that participation in the Promotion Program does not guarantee you will be matched with customers or receive any minimum number of service opportunities. Matching is performed at monday.com’s sole discretion.

6. Customer Relationship. Your relationship with the customer remains independent. monday.com is not a party to any agreement or engagement between you and the customer. 

7. Term and Termination. These Promotion Program Terms shall apply from the date you accept an invitation to participate in the Promotion Program and shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) termination of the Promotion Program by monday.com; or (b) your withdrawal or removal from the Promotion Program. monday.com may suspend or terminate the Promotion Program, or your participation in it, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice and without liability. You may withdraw from the Promotion Program at any time by providing a 14 days written notice to monday.com. Termination shall not affect any right to reimbursement accrued prior to the effective date of termination, provided that all conditions for reimbursement have been satisfied in accordance with these Promotion Program Terms.
