In September, we kicked off the Elevate world tour, our annual customer conference that celebrates this past year’s achievements and gives a glimpse into the future of monday.com.

This is our sixth year putting on Elevate, which was filled with inspiring talks, groundbreaking ideas, and incredible connections. The sessions ranged from a behind-the-scenes look at our product developments and tapping into the magic of monday AI to how champions at top brands transformed their businesses with monday.com, and more.

Kicking off

In front of sold-out crowds in London and New York City, our co-CEOs Eran Zinman and Roy Mann kicked things off by talking about our favorite topic –– our customers. They shared that over the past year, our over 225,000 customers have been more efficient than ever, breaking information silos, and managing core workflows with our platform.

From saving 1.5 billion minutes every year by automating 380 million tasks to 33 million cross-team interactions that are critical for driving success, it’s been incredible to see how our customers are leveraging our platform to run their businesses. In fact, that’s how we saw the need for our latest product –– monday service –– which is currently in beta and will be officially launched later this year.

After a demo of monday service, Daniel Leyera, our Chief Product and Technology Officer, gave a glimpse at the future of our product suite and how we’ll continue to bring the power of software to core aspects of work. Daniel shared that our three main focus areas include strengthening our platform for scale, deepening our product suite, and increasing efficiency with AI.

Strengthening our platform

Since the last Elevate, we have received 1,700 feature requests from our customers. This inspires us and drives us to be relentless in building the best experience for our customers.

As we grow, and as our customers grow, we are building a robust platform to support work at scale –– with an even stronger infrastructure, enhanced standardization tools, smarter reporting and analytics capabilities, and more advanced workflows.

Daniel dove into mondayDB, the infrastructure that allows our platform and products to run smoothly, to run fast, and to allow growing scale. After launching mondayDB 1.0 two years ago, we brought boards to load up to 5X faster, automations to run up to 3X faster, and dashboards to load up to 4X faster.

On stage, Daniel announced the next iteration of mondayDB is now live. mondayDB 2.0 is all about scale and will allow boards with up to 100K items & linked items, and dashboards with 500K items. As for the next chapter, mondayDB 3.0 will focus on our products’ scale, and allow our customers to run over 1,000 projects on work management, 15M contacts and leads on monday CRM, and 15M tickets for monday service.

Deepening our product suite

The monday.com platform now includes four end-to-end products that address the needs of specific industries and verticals, including work management, CRM, software development, and services.

Daniel shared the investments we’ve made in evolving our product suite and how we plan to continue this momentum in 2025 and beyond. These include:

  • monday work management: work management is all about managing complex work processes at scale, with advanced project management capabilities that enable companies to connect strategy to execution. There are a lot of interesting things coming for work management as it becomes a more robust product and fit for scale. Apart from the newly released Portfolio Management Solution, some of the new capabilities our customers will be able to take advantage of in 2025 include AI-powered risk assessments, robust resource management, and more.
  • monday CRM: This past year, we focused on giving sales teams more tools at every stage of the deal lifecycle –– from data enrichment, engagement analytics, and email sequences, to quotes & invoices. As we look ahead, we’re working on expanding our offering beyond sales to enable collaboration across additional revenue teams, while adding new and exciting capabilities such as email marketing, which will allow teams to run their marketing campaigns directly from monday CRM –– helping them reach and engage new leads.
  • monday dev: The latest addition to the monday.com suite of products and our newest obsession. monday dev was designed to streamline software development for engineering and product teams. Since its launch, dev has been evolving at lightning speed, with new features constantly in the pipeline to make developers’ lives easier and give the leadership the visibility they crave. The future of monday dev will include an engineering performance dashboard, a centralized hub to run your entire performance from sprints to people management.
  • monday service: monday service, currently in beta, will revolutionize service teams’ efficiency. By focusing on cutting time to value and automating service operations, monday service will allow you to utilize the monday flexibility and customization, along with our advanced AI capabilities, to build the absolute best operation for your business.

Increasing efficiency with AI

AI has the potential to change how we work, but many feel unsure of how to start leveraging this new technology for their own business needs. At monday.com, our mission is to democratize the power of AI so it is more accessible, easier to adopt, and can seamlessly integrate into our customers’ already existing workflows.

Daniel delved into monday AI, which is comprised of no-code building blocks that our customers can mix and match according to their specific business needs. Looking ahead, monday AI will be embedded in and supercharge our entire product suite –– from smart analysis of risks and emails & activities summaries to automatically resolving service tickets, and more. Get ready for more AI blocks across the platform and more tools to help you optimize results.
