Share your unique PartnerStack referral link with clients so they sign up through it. Once they make a payment, commission is applied automatically. Referral links track sign-ups for 90 days.

  • If a client did not sign up through your link, submit a Commission Claim via the Request Form within 30 days of their first payment. 
  • If your client already has a monday.com account, commission eligibility depends on the account status, timing, and whether the opportunity qualifies as new business. Submit the case through the Request Form with the account URL and full context, and the team will review it.

The Request Form is the fastest way to reach the partner support team. Use it to request trial extensions, free seats for client implementations, pricing quotes, and co-sell assistance

Yes. Certifications help you position, sell, demo, and implement monday.com properly. Partners who complete them are better prepared to support clients and more likely to succeed in the program. Complete the required learning pathway in the Partner Academy within your first two months. You can then take more courses here.

Yes. Authorized Partners can refer and support clients across regions unless told otherwise by monday.com. That said, progression to Bronze or Channel may depend on regional needs, partner fit, and local business priorities.

You can generate revenue through professional services and app development alongside referrals. However, progression within the program and eligibility for Bronze is measured by net new ARR from referrals. Services are a valuable income stream, but they do not move you forward in the program on their own. If growing within the partner ecosystem is your goal, the ARR you generate through referrals is what moves you forward.

The directory showcases Channel Partners who have demonstrated strong monday.com sales and implementation capabilities. Authorized Partners are not listed by default. The best path toward future eligibility is to build a track record through referrals, closed deals, certifications, and consistent client success.
