Founded in 2019, Agora is the global operating system for real estate investment management, comprising software and services. Agora began using monday.com after hitting the 100-employee mark in 2023 to align and manage work across teams, including customer success, product, operations, marketing, and finance.

The challenge

As Agora scaled, so did its need for clear, internal reporting. The organization relied heavily on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), a framework for defining objectives and tracking progress through concrete, measurable results. Implementing OKRs gives leadership the visibility needed to keep all departments focused on the most important organizational goals.

However, as the business grew, tracking and presenting OKR metrics became a heavy operational lift. Each quarter, directors and VPs spent 30 hours manually consolidating OKR data into static presentation decks. This labor-intensive process led to a few major roadblocks:
