UK Gender Pay Gap Statement
Introduction
At monday.com, diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion are rooted in who we are. As part of our compensation philosophy, we evaluate ourselves annually to ensure that women and men are paid and promoted based on their skills, experience, and performance. Local growth is a foundational part of our journey, which means providing annual Gender Pay Gap data to the UK Government.
In accordance with the UK Equality Act 2010:
Understanding the data
Our UK Gender Pay Gap Report shows a mean hourly pay gap of 12.2% based on the hourly pay rate of all UK employees at monday.com, and a median hourly pay gap of 8% based on the difference in pay between middle earners on site. Both figures point to progress in pay parity, closing the gaps by 3.6 and 5.6 percentage points respectively from 2024. Based on average mean hourly pay rates reported across the sector, our mean hourly pay gap is 5.3% smaller than the 2024 industry average of 17.5%.
Our internal analysis, which compares the pay of males and females within the same roles and seniority levels, shows a base salary weighted-average gap of 1.77%. We continue to measure and review employee compensation on an annual basis, analysing comprehensive compensation packages, including salary, bonus, and equity, against market benchmarks tailored to role, expertise, and location.
Our Pay Equity Practices
monday.com is committed to maintaining a compensation system that is fair and honest for all employees and is aligned with internal and external market benchmarks based on role, expertise, and location. To ensure consistency and prevent bias, we use the same objective salary ranges for all employees, and our internal review confirmed no evidence of gender-based pay disparity.
Moving Forward
Our dedication to pay equity remains a core pillar at monday.com, and we value the UK reporting process as a key mechanism that reinforces this commitment. As our workforce evolves, we maintain an ongoing focus on regular internal audits and the continuous review of our compensation system.
