Executive Assistant - CEO's office

We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner and right hand to monday.com’s founders and CEOs. In this role, you will provide high-level strategic, administrative, and operational support, owning complex calendar management, travel planning, and playing a key role in driving projects, initiatives, and company-wide events.

About the role:

  • Complex Calendar Management: Full ownership of two complex, high-volume calendars, while strategically prioritizing meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts and managing all logistical aspects.

  • Manage all administrative aspects of the founders in an efficient, effective and professional manner.

  • Point of contact for internal and external interfaces.

  • End-to-End Travel Planning: Planning and executing comprehensive travel itineraries

  • Organize events and off-sites

  • Play a role in ensuring smooth day-to-day flow of communications within the team.

  • Responsibility on special projects that are relevant to the work of the founders

Requirements:

  • 3+ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant

  • Fluent in both English and Hebrew - Must

  • Strong hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) to improve productivity, communication and task management

  • Ability to integrate AI into daily workflows to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and execution

  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with AI-powered productivity tools - advantage

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to details and problem solving skills
