Work smarter with mondaycom inside Microsoft Copilot

AI is no longer something teams experiment with on the side; it’s becoming part of how everyday work gets done. That’s why we’re excited to bring monday.com’s agent directly into Microsoft 365 Copilot, making it easier than ever to run all your work in one place, without needing to switch tabs or screens.

Directly from Copilot and Microsoft 365, you can surface monday boards and items, or even update statuses, without leaving your workflow. On top of our platform, we’ve built a product suite to address the needs of specific industries – including monday work management, monday CRM, monday service, and monday dev. That means you can instantly search and act on data from every corner of your business, all in natural language and always aligned with your permissions.

Coming soon: Infinite new ways to use monday.com with Copilot

This is just the beginning. In the coming weeks, we’re expanding monday.com capabilities inside Microsoft Copilot so you can ask questions about your data, create new boards, assign tasks, check progress, and share updates — all just by asking Copilot in natural language.

Picture asking Copilot to:

  • “Organize all the tasks into a board with clear priorities, owners, and due dates.” In seconds, Copilot delivers a fully structured board.
  • “Show overdue items from the Ops Requests group and who owns them.” Instantly, you see risks and bottlenecks.
  • “Give me a campaign recap I can paste into the leadership channel.” A ready-to-share summary appears.
  • “What changed with my pipeline this week?” Your sales team sees an automatic snapshot of progress.

Even quick actions become effortless, adding tasks, commenting on items, or sharing updates all happen directly through Copilot. And every answer links back to the right monday.com board or item, keeping you in control.

Simple to manage and enterprise-ready

Like the rest of our platform, this integration is designed with security and trust in mind. The integration respects existing permissions, ensuring users only see what they already have access to. Today, it runs on monday’s connectors; soon, it will leverage more tools, bringing deeper context and easier access.

Admins maintain complete control – approving the connection through Microsoft Marketplace and managing access at any time – while teams gain the flexibility to adopt AI in a secure and scalable way.

Get early access

In the coming weeks, our agent will be upgraded with more context and tools, unlocking even deeper, more contextual collaboration between monday.com and Copilot. This is the foundation for a future where your work, your data, and your decisions are all connected.
