At monday.com, we help teams get more work done. As the leading AI work platform, we empower teams to automate, build, and scale their impact with tools that execute work so they can focus on what matters most. With over $1B in ARR, 250,000+ customers, and a global team, we are dedicated to building products people love and fostering an environment where employees feel a sense of ownership and flexibility.
monday Vibe lets anyone build a fully functional app on top of monday.com, just by describing what they need. The AI agent understands intent, generates code, iterates on feedback, and ships working apps directly into users' monday.com environments. Vibe creates thousands of apps daily, a fast-growing revenue target, and serious organizational investment behind it.
We're looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join the Vibe engineering group, a tight-knit team with startup velocity and the platform reach of a company with 250,000+ customers. You'll be the infrastructure focal point for the Vibe platform: owning the systems that deploy and run user-built apps at scale, shaping our edge computing and sandboxing architecture, and connecting the team to monday.com's central infra capabilities.
This is a high-impact, end-to-end role. If you've been waiting to own infrastructure that's genuinely hard and genuinely matters, this is it.
Running a coding agent in production is a different problem from running a web service. The agent needs an isolated environment to generate and test code, a fast feedback loop to iterate without waiting for full deploys, and a runtime that can host the resulting app securely for end users.
You won't be a support function; you'll be a core contributor. You'll partner with Tech Leads and engineers on architecture decisions, own critical systems end-to-end, and be the connective tissue between Vibe and monday.com's central infrastructure guild.
In this role, you will:
Own and help architect the infrastructure for running coding agents at scale, sandboxed execution environments, agent runtime, and the systems that let AI iterate and ship reliably
Design and build the infrastructure that runs user-created Vibe apps, sandboxed execution, edge deployment, CDN delivery for public apps
Work closely with engineers to improve developer velocity, observability, and system reliability
Take ownership of production environments: monitoring, alerting, incident response, and performance optimization
Define infrastructure patterns, cost management strategies, and operational standards across the Vibe platform
Be the team's focal point on infrastructure decisions, from early design through production operations
Own and evolve the CI/CD pipeline and release processes that enable teams to ship safely and frequently
Modern AI/LLM infrastructure
Node.js / TypeScript
CDN and edge compute infrastructure
CI/CD pipelines
GCP
Cloudflare
3+ years as a DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineer
Strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and production environments, end-to-end.
Experience building and owning CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Comfortable with cloud platforms (GCP or equivalent) and edge computing paradigms
Experience with monitoring, alerting, logging, and troubleshooting at scale
Independent and self-directed, you can define the problem and drive it to resolution without being told what to do at each step
Strong communication and team mindset, you'll work across engineering teams, not just within a silo
Experience supporting AI-native products or LLM-based systems in production
Background in app delivery infrastructure (CDN, edge, dynamic routing)
Experience at a startup or in a 0-to-1 product environment
Familiarity with sandboxed execution environments or secure multi-tenant app hosting
