PartnershipsFullTimenewyorkNew York, US

About monday.com

monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.

About The Role

As a Scale Partner Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our partner ecosystem by recruiting and onboarding new partners at scale. You will identify high-potential partners, manage relationships with partners in your region, and build scalable programs that ensure they are set up for success. Your role will directly impact our ARR growth by bringing in new partners, driving their activation, and creating a pipeline of future Bronze and Silver partners.

You’ll collaborate closely with regional directors, marketing, and enablement teams to align partner recruitment with business needs and market opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit new partners at scale, including 1:1 strategic recruitment when needed.

  • Manage and support partners across the region.

  • Align recruitment activities with the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) and market demand.

  • Activate partners through scalable enablement initiatives.

  • Track recruitment performance and pipeline health, ensuring new partners progress toward the Bronze tier.

  • Share feedback from the field to continuously improve recruitment and enablement strategies.

  • Take full ownership of the regional partner ecosystem, managing the entire partner lifecycle from onboarding to growth and retention

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel recruitment.

  • Proven ability to identify, recruit, and activate partners in a B2B SaaS and tech environment.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking pipeline health and performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bonus: experience working across global markets and multiple time zones.

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Join a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are how we actually operate — not just things we put on a wall.

  • Work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI, where what you ship reaches hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide

  • Competitive salary, benefits, bonus potential, and equity eligibility for many roles — we believe people who build the product should share in its success

  • Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons — the industry moves quick and so do we

  • A collaborative, global culture backed by Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams across New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more

monday.com is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We hire talented individuals, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, ancestry, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, military or veteran status, cultural background, religious beliefs, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws

Please note that this role is on a hybrid model of 3 days/week in our NYC office.
