Channel Partner Manager - Israel

We are now seeking a driven Channel Partner Manager for the Israel region. In this role, you’ll manage and grow key relationships with our channel partners, drive partner sales execution, and play a pivotal role in expanding our reach across the Israeli market.

About The Role

  • Take ownership of the strategy, sales, and execution for building and developing partnerships in Israel.

  • Lead strategic sales and account management in collaboration with your partners.

  • Own your partner portfolio targets and deliver tangible results.

  • Close partnership agreements, balancing company objectives, speed, and economic impact.

  • Evaluate the financial and non-financial value and risks of new and existing partnerships.

  • Track, report, and optimize partnership performance by identifying, assessing, and solving issues as they arise.

  • Collaborate with monday.com teams to develop and nurture a pipeline of partner relationships, managing those relationships across all stages.

  • Manage direct client-facing activities, particularly for strategic business opportunities.

  • Support partners in their AI transformation journey, enabling them to position and sell AI-powered solutions effectively.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS & Sales (required)

  • 1+ years’ experience managing Channel Partners (advantage)

  • Strong sales background with a proven track record of leading full sales cycles

  • Experience with account and quota planning

  • Ability to lead partners through AI transformation and upskill them around AI solutions

  • Fluency in Hebrew and English, with outstanding communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Strong relationship-builder, initiator, and proactive team player

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Experience and strength in public speaking (advantage)
