About monday.com
At monday.com, we help teams get more done. We’re the AI work platform empowering organizations to automate, build, and scale their impact with tools that actually execute the work. With over $1B in ARR, 250,000+ customers, and a global team, we build products people love and give our people the same ownership and ambition to shape how the world works.
About the Role
monday.com already has a strong and growing presence in the Benelux region, with an established team of Territory AEs on the ground in Amsterdam. You’ll be joining a team with real momentum, a proven playbook, and a market that’s responding. Your job is to accelerate it. You’ll own a defined mid-market territory across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, with real targets, real autonomy, and a GTM engine with $1B+ in ARR behind you.
If you’re the kind of person who’d rather build something than maintain it, this role was made for you.
About the Team
You’ll join monday.com’s Consulting team as part of a growing Benelux squad based in Amsterdam, backed by Sales leadership, Solution Engineers, and CSMs across Europe and Tel Aviv. The team is collaborative, performance-driven, and already winning in the market.
What You’ll Own
Own your territory end-to-end, new business, upsell, cross-sell, pipeline, and outcomes
Build a sustainable, high-growth pipeline by identifying expansion signals and navigating the nuances of the Benelux business landscape
Run the full sales cycle from prospecting through demo, negotiation, legal redlines, and close
Architect solutions that go beyond features, connecting monday.com’s AI platform directly to measurable business outcomes and C-suite priorities
Build high-trust, multi-level relationships that turn customers into long-term advocates
Feed market insights back to product and GTM teams to sharpen our regional positioning
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of quota attainment (required)
Based in the Amsterdam area with deep understanding of the Benelux business culture (required)
Native or professional-level Dutch and English (required)
Comfortable navigating complex procurement and legal processes to close deals with speed and integrity
Self-starter with high agency, you identify the friction and fix it without waiting to be told
Experience in a high-growth or startup-within-a-scale-up environment is a strong advantage
French language proficiency is an advantage for coverage of the Belgian and Luxembourg markets
