About the Role
South Africa is one of the most dynamic enterprise software markets on the continent, and monday.com is moving fast to own it. As our Enterprise Account Manager for South Africa, you’ll be shaping how some of the country’s largest organizations operate in the AI era. You’ll sell transformation, backed by a platform that 250,000+ customers and 60% of the Fortune 500 already rely on, and a GTM engine with over $1B in ARR behind it.

About the Team
You’ll join monday.com’s Consulting team, a group of enterprise sellers and strategic advisors who help the world’s largest organizations run smarter in the AI era. You’ll be backed by Solution Engineers, CSMs, and Sales leadership, with a strong GTM engine behind you and real ownership over a high-growth market.
What You’ll Own
Drive ARR growth across an assigned enterprise portfolio through proactive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion
Build and develop executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and C-suite sponsors
Own the full commercial relationship for your accounts, from opportunity creation through contract negotiation and close
Develop account plans that reflect regional nuances, buying patterns, and business priorities unique to the South African market
Forecast accurately and track account metrics with rigor, communicating progress clearly to internal and external stakeholders
Partner closely with CSMs, Renewal Managers, and Solution Engineers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with structure and strategic thinking
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of enterprise account management in a SaaS company (required)
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding ARR quota (required)
Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or equivalent) preferred
Multi-product or platform selling experience (strong advantage)
South African market knowledge or existing network (strong advantage)
Fluent English with strong executive communication skills
