You will drive key data-driven processes and decisions, aimed at uncovering new and existing opportunities for our product. You will join our Product Team based in our headquarters in Telaviv, Israel.

monday.com is looking for a Product Analyst who is passionate about data and has a strong analytical background. You will drive key data-driven processes and decisions, aimed at uncovering new and existing opportunities for our product. You will join our Product Team based in our headquarters in Telaviv, Israel.

  • Play a critical role in promoting data-driven decision-making and optimize our product to directly impact the success and growth of our platform
  • Be the primary analytical focal point for your group and main stakeholders*
  • Lead deep dive analysis to uncover new opportunities and directly determine the product roadmap
  • Responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying key insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations to enhance our product offerings
  •  Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and conduct A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and optimize key metrics.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track product performance, monitor KPIs, and communicate insights to the team.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify opportunities for product improvements based on data data-driven insights.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar data analyst role
  • Proficiency level of SQL - must
  • You are a great storyteller and communicator and can build fruitful relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • You have a deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense. You know when to use a single number and when to build a complex forecasting model
  • You are capable of tackling ambiguous problems and challenges
  • You have a passion for making sense of user behavior, using any available methods and a dedicated advocate of a user-centered approach in product development
  • You are a curious, independent and rigorous individual
  • You have the technical skills to perform advanced analytics with large datasets with technologies such as Python, Pandas, R, SQL
