Lead Product Designer - monday Agents

DesignFull-timetelavivTel-Aviv, IL

At monday.com, we help teams get more work done. We are the best AI work platform that empowers teams to automate, build, and scale their impact end-to-end with tools that actually execute the work for you. With over $1B in ARR, 250,000+ customers, and a global team, we're serious about building a product people love to use and giving our employees the same ownership and flexibility to shape the way the world works.

monday Agents is our next-generation autonomous workforce ecosystem — a group at the frontier of how humans and AI agents collaborate to get work done. We're building the product, the patterns, and the design language for an agentic era, on Desktop and Mobile.

We're looking for a Design Lead to join our Agents group in Tel Aviv. This is a rare opportunity to own the design vision for one of monday.com's most strategic bets, and to define what agentic experiences look and feel like — for both the people building agents and the people working alongside them.

You'll be the design focal point for the group, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Research leadership to set direction, raise the craft bar, and ship work that shapes how millions of people will work with AI. This is a high-impact role for a designer who thrives on ambiguity, leads with an all-around builder mindset leveraging AI tools and workflows, is deeply customer-focused, and knows how to translate genuinely new problems into elegant, scalable solutions.

Lead the vision

  • Own the end-to-end design vision and strategy for monday Agents — from how users build, configure, and trust agents, to how agents communicate, act, and hand off work back to humans.
  • Define new interaction paradigms for human–agent collaboration that don't yet have a playbook, and establish the patterns the broader monday ecosystem will adopt.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leads to shape strategic priorities, roadmaps, and the long-term direction of the group.

Drive craft and execution

  • Ship high-impact, end-to-end agentic experiences on Desktop and Mobile, leading by example with exceptional interaction and visual craft.
  • Raise the craft bar across the group — through design reviews, critique culture, and clear standards for quality.
  • Optimize your own and the team's impact by adopting new AI tools, workflows, and methodologies, and champion the shift of how we work.

Grow the team

  • Mentor and coach designers in the group, supporting their growth and helping them deliver their best work.
  • Foster a strong, collaborative design culture grounded in ownership, curiosity, and high standards.

Influence beyond the group

  • Partner with UX Research and Product Analytics to test, iterate, and validate ideas with real users and real agent behavior data.
  • Contribute to monday.com's broader design culture — sharing learnings, driving best practices across guilds, and pushing our craft forward.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years of product design experience, with a track record of leading design for complex, high-stakes product areas and setting vision, strategy, and the bar for craft.
  • High AI fluency — proven experience with Vibe Coding tools, Coding Agents, and shipping AI-powered experiences to production.
  • Strong portfolio of shipped products that drove real impact across Desktop and Mobile, with exceptional interaction and visual craft.
  • Strong systems thinking — able to design holistic, consistent experiences across platforms, and comfortable with ambiguity, non-deterministic systems, and emerging interaction models.
  • Experience mentoring designers and elevating the work around you.
  • Excellent collaboration and influence skills — you build trust across Product, Engineering, Data, and Research, and drive alignment with senior stakeholders. High level of written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

  • Prior SaaS / B2C / enterprise-focused experience.
  • Experience designing for AI, automation, or agentic products.

Why this role?

This is not "just another design role." This is a unique opportunity to own the design direction for monday's agentic vision, define 0-to-1 experiences that don't yet exist in the market, and help shape how millions of people will work alongside AI agents.

With AI opening massive opportunities both for our users and ourselves, you'll join a team that is living the AI transformation first-hand, always pushing the boundaries on how we work to become more productive and relevant in an ever-changing environment.
