Head of GTM Service

Rather than relying on a single generic assistant, monday service enables organizations to build teams of AI agents designed for different service functions and workflows, all powered by the flexibility of the monday.com platform. 

Our new products act as startup business units within the company, inspired by monday’s unique culture and values.

We’re looking for a Head of GTM to lead our go-to-market strategy and take monday service to the next level.

This is a unique opportunity to join at a pivotal moment and shape how we bring a high-potential product to market. You’ll be the strategic connector between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, defining the category narrative, leading launches, building scalable GTM motions, and positioning monday service as a leader in AI-powered service management.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for monday service from messaging and positioning to launch planning and enablement.
  • Define and drive the GTM sales strategy in close partnership with our CRO organization, aligning efforts across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Solution Engineering.
  • Act as the strategic bridge between Product, Marketing, and GTM teams, connecting strategy to execution across all functions.
  • Partner with Product to shape launches for new AI-powered capabilities and service experiences.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on storytelling, campaigns, and awareness initiatives that drive pipeline and market adoption.
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with strong narratives, competitive positioning, customer use cases, and scalable playbooks.
  • Gather customer and market insights to continuously refine positioning, GTM motions, and product direction.
  • Champion the service management space internally and externally, ensuring we stay closely aligned with customer needs and industry trends.


Your Experience & Skills

  • You’ve led GTM for a SaaS product, ideally in a high-growth B2B environment.
  • You have a strong understanding of service management, enterprise workflows, or operational products  and know how to translate customer needs into scalable GTM strategies.
  • You’re equal parts strategist and doer: able to define the vision while rolling up your sleeves to execute.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and know how to drive alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
  • You have excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to simplify complex ideas into clear messaging and compelling storytelling.
  • You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, move fast, and inspire teams to execute with ownership and urgency.
  • Bonus: Experience launching AI-powered, workflow, ITSM, or enterprise service products.

As we are doubling down on our multi-product strategy, we are forming a GTM (go-to-market) team for our more advanced products (CRM & Dev). The GTM Manager role is a significant part of the team. We are looking for a talented, experienced and all-around player who is eager to dive deep into multiple business areas to help develop and promote the product through the CRO organization and our client base.
