Experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager - AI Adoption

monday.com is the AI work platform — where people and AI agents get work done together. This is the biggest shift in the company's history, and we're looking for a user-centric Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own how customers adopt it. You'll drive the lifecycle programs that help users move from managing work to getting work done with AI every day — turning native agents and AI capabilities into habitual, high-value usage across email and in-app.

Your mission: turn a new way of working into adopted behavior — pairing fast, AI-assisted experimentation with a deep understanding of where users get stuck on the journey to value.

Your mission: turn a new way of working into adopted behavior — pairing fast, AI-assisted experimentation with a deep understanding of where users get stuck on the journey to value.

About the role:

  • Design and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that drive awareness, first use, and repeat usage of AI across the monday.com platform.
  • Build personalized journeys that move users from AI-curious to AI-activated — getting teams comfortable configuring, deploying, and directing agents to do real work.
  • Own the experimentation roadmap and ship continuously. You'll use AI to compress idea-to-live-test from weeks to days, running A/B and holdout tests across messaging, segmentation, timing, and channel.
  • Partner with product, data, and growth teams to identify adoption blockers and build proactive journeys that address them.
  • Translate AI usage signals into segments, triggers, and lifecycle moments that nudge users at the right time.
  • Analyze campaign and adoption performance across the funnel, and turn findings into clear insights and fast iterations.
  • Contribute to cross-functional adoption initiatives, including onboarding flows, in-product education, and feature-launch GTM.

Your Experience & Skills

Requirements

  • 3+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS or a subscription business.
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle/marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, HubSpot) and comfort working with data.
  • A strong testing mindset — you design clean experiments and read results rigorously.
  • Fluency with (or genuine eagerness to adopt) AI tools in your own workflow to work faster and smarter.
  • Curiosity about how AI changes the way people work, and a knack for making complex capabilities feel simple.
  • Ability to operate independently and collaborate across product, data, and growth.
