InTechFullTimetelavivTel-Aviv, IL

About monday.com

monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.

We're looking for an Engineering Team Lead to take full ownership of the technical foundation that drives monday.com's marketing engine - and lead it into its next chapter. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure excellence and a fundamental shift in how marketing organizations operate: Agentic Marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of talented engineers, building culture and processes.

  • Design and build server-side systems at scale - databases, workloads, and API integrations with 3rd party SDKs.

  • Architect and orchestrate multi-agent systems: designing agent communication, managing context, and building robust agent pipelines using Claude and similar frontier models.

  • Work with attribution, marketing metrics, and entity (touchpoint, visitor) measurement - understand the business, not just the code.

  • Drive the shift toward Agentic Marketing: autonomous campaign management, AI-generated ads, landing pages, SEO/AIO content at scale, and LLM search engine presence.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a team and leading projects end-to-end.

  • Strong full-stack engineering background (Node.js, React, Distributed Messaging Systems) - with a clear emphasis on server-side: databases, workloads, ETL, APIs at scale, and 3rd party SDK integrations.

  • Hands-on experience building production-ready agentic applications - agent orchestration, inter-agent communication, context management, and working with frontier LLMs - strong advantage.

  • Business-oriented mindset: you understand attribution, funnel performance, and marketing metrics.

  • Passion for impact: you measure everything and make sure every task moves the needle.

  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Why This Role

This is a rare opportunity to lead a team at the intersection of engineering and one of the most exciting transformations in the marketing industry. You'll be building the skills most in-demand in the market right now - leading a real Agentic Marketing revolution inside a company doing it at scale. You'll be the person who takes ownership of an entire domain and shapes what comes next.

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Join a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are how we actually operate — not just things we put on a wall.

  • Work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI, where what you ship reaches hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide

  • Competitive salary, benefits, bonus potential, and equity eligibility for many roles — we believe people who build the product should share in its success

  • Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons — the industry moves quick and so do we

  • A collaborative, global culture backed by Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams across New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more
