Consulting (Sales)FullTimemunichMunich, DE

monday.com is building the AI work platform that not only helps manage and orchestrate work, but also does the work for you. Over 250,000 customers across departments worldwide use monday.com to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform, where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. From work management and CRM to service and dev, every product in our ecosystem runs on the same AI layer, automating tasks, running workflows, and helping teams deliver exponentially more with less effort.

We move fast with big impact, fueled by a vibrant, ownership-driven culture where you’re empowered to shape how organizations achieve more and outpace their competition.

Shape the fastest-growing product line at monday.com, from our Munich office

Help us build the DACH region from our fast-growing Munich office, backed by a NASDAQ-listed company with $1B+ ARR.

You would join monday.com at a rare moment. Our CRM product is the fastest-growing line in the company. It went from zero to over $100M ARR in three years. On the back of our early success in DACH, we are now creating the first CRM role based locally in the region. This is a ground-floor seat on a proven rocket.

As a CRM Account Executive, you own the full sales cycle for our CRM product across German-speaking enterprise and mid-market accounts. You will sell CRM as part of our AI Work Platform, run discovery that surfaces real economic impact, and turn it into closed business. The role sits at the intersection of strategic advisory, relationship-building, and business growth.

Responsibilities

About The Role:

  • Own the sales cycle: Run the full sales cycle for the CRM product, from prospecting through close, across named DACH accounts. This is a quota-carrying role spanning new business and expansion.

  • Master the product: Build expert-level knowledge of monday CRM and the wider AI Work Platform. Run CRM-focused discovery and demos that connect usage directly to customer ROI.

  • Sell to the C-suite: Build credibility with senior executives, including sales and revenue leaders and the CFO, and make the financial case for switching to monday CRM.

  • Act as a product owner: Work in an agile environment, shape go-to-market strategy for DACH, and coordinate cross-functional support to help deliver the number one CRM product in the market.

  • Position to win: Stay current on CRM market trends and competitors, position monday clearly against the alternatives, and feed market insight back to product and field teams.

  • Collaborate: Partner with AEs, SEs, SDRs, and CSMs to win and retain customers.

Requirements:

  • Languages: Full professional fluency in German and English.

  • Experience: 4+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales.

  • CRM or adjacent domain: Experience selling CRM, sales tech, or comparable business applications is a strong advantage.

  • Methodology: Command of a structured sales framework (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or equivalent) and strong adherence to process, with a bias for improving it.

  • Executive selling: Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with executives and pitch business cases and ROI.

  • Commercial rigor: Experience negotiating and working through contracts and legal discussions.

  • Mindset: An entrepreneurial self-starter who wants to help build. Results-oriented, adaptable, inquisitive, and collaborative. This is the start of a large-scale build-out and we want people who raise the bar and win as a team.

  • Location: Based in Munich, with a hybrid setup of three days per week in the office.
