As Senior Product Manager for Service AI, you’ll play a key role in executing this vision of how AI redefines service experiences—from automating workflows to enabling smarter customer interactions—while working closely with product, engineering, design, and other leaders.

  • Play a key role in shaping and executing the AI-first product strategy for monday service, in close collaboration with engineering, design, and other product leaders.
  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, roadmap, and execution.
  • Deeply understand customer pain points, service workflows, and opportunities to transform them with AI.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data science, sales, and customer success to dxeliver solutions that are both technically robust and business-impactful.
  • Validate ideas through experiments, data analysis, and customer research.
  • Act as the internal and external voice of Service AI—sharing product vision and representing monday.com at industry events when needed.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, preferably in service, support, or workflow products.
  • Proven track record of building impactful AI-powered products (automation, ML, LLM, or similar).
  • Strong technical understanding—comfortable partnering with engineering and data teams to build scalable AI solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with strong product sense and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—fast-moving, resourceful, thrives in ambiguity.
  • Bonus: experience in customer service, ITSM, or workflow management domains.
