We’re looking for a Total Rewards Group Lead to lead a team of Total Rewards Partners and drive the strategy, design, and execution of our global rewards programs.

We’re looking for a Total Rewards Group Lead to lead a team of Total Rewards Partners and drive the strategy, design, and execution of our global rewards programs.

  • Lead and develop a team of 4 Total Rewards Partners
  • Own and drive the company’s compensation strategy globally
  • Oversee annual compensation cycles and ensure smooth, scalable execution
  • Partner with senior leadership on rewards philosophy, budget, and workforce planning
  • Lead complex compensation initiatives (job architecture, benchmarking, global expansion)
  • Use data and market insights to continuously improve programs and decision-making

  • Ensure alignment between rewards, business goals, and company culture


Your Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation, including leadership experience
  • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Deep expertise in compensation design, benchmarking, and equity programs
  • Strong business acumen and ability to artner with senior leadership to shape rewards strategy and key decisions 
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience working in global, high-growth tech companies
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities
