monday.com is a global AI-driven work platform used by 250,000+ customers to run operational work, build business processes, and create custom solutions at scale. Our product has evolved into an AI Work Platform: autonomous agents are moving from experiments into how work actually gets done.
Models will keep racing. Capabilities will keep climbing. Soon, every vendor will ship agents. The question is no longer who has the cleverest model — it's who owns the moment where software meets real work and turns it into real outcomes.
Agentic Surfaces sits inside Human–Agent Collaboration — a core organization on the AI Work Platform. Our mission is to bring millions of users into the agentic world: a place where humans and agents share the same context, collaborate on the same artifacts, delegate work, review what matters, and move outcomes forward together — in the surfaces where work actually lives.

Agents changed what's possible. The next leap is how work feels when humans and agents share a room.
Today, many teams live in two worlds: workflows with agents bolted on, and workflows without them. Our customers already run critical work on monday — that trust is the foundation. Agentic Surfaces is how we earn the next chapter: new work surfaces for human–agent collaboration, and an evolution of monday's core experiences — boards and dashboards — into the agentic era.
As Senior Product Manager for Agentic Surfaces, you'll own product strategy and execution for how humans and agents work together on the platform. You'll report to the Group Product Manager for Human–Agent Collaboration and partner tightly with Design, Engineering, and product leaders across the AI Work Platform.
You won't solve this alone. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a strong group of PMs across Human–Agent Collaboration and the broader platform — each bringing depth in their domain, all rowing toward the same north star. The problems we tackle shift quickly as models, user expectations, and the competitive landscape evolve; success means collaborating openly, sharing context, and adapting the plan without ego when the answer changes.
This is a client-facing role. You'll hear how teams delegate to agents, where collaboration breaks down, and what "review" means when multiple agents contribute to the same outcome — and you'll turn that into product that ships.
Reimagine work surfaces for the agentic era
Boards and dashboards are where millions of users already do their jobs. You'll help define what they become when agents are first-class collaborators: shared context, co-editing artifacts, task delegation, feedback loops, and review — not as afterthoughts, but as part of how work gets done.
Build new collaborative surfaces
You'll shape surfaces anchored around business goals: where humans and agents coordinate, observe progress, assign and reassign work, and stay aligned on the same artifacts and outcomes. Conversation and chat matter on the platform — and other groups invest deeply there. Our focus is the work layer: the places users return to for context, control, and collaboration beyond a single thread.
Evolve the dynamic UI layer
Widgets, blocks, and composable UI are how monday adapts to every team's workflow. You'll help define the next generation of that layer — including agentic capabilities teams can compose, reuse, and trust — so agentic work scales beyond one-off demos.
Design for real collaboration mechanics
The hard problems are product and UX: How does a human delegate without losing control? How do you review work from one agent — or many? How do you surface uncertainty without killing momentum? How do you connect conversational intent to durable work on the board? How do you earn the "aha" moments that pull users from "with agents" to "without agents feels broken"?
Thrive when the problem space moves
We're building in a domain that redefines itself quarter to quarter. You'll stay curious, update your mental model as we learn, and help the group make sharp calls under ambiguity — without waiting for perfect certainty.
Move fast with product sense
We win on speed and execution: raise a hypothesis, ship the version that proves it, learn in days — not quarters. You'll operate in tight loops with design and engineering, shared outcomes and shared urgency. You're comfortable evolving mature product land when the mission demands it, and you raise flags when old patterns slow the agentic bet.
Treat context as a first-class artifact
Shared context — what the human sees, what the agent knows, what's on the board — is our edge. You'll think in terms of compounding context: captured, queryable, and useful across sessions, handoffs, and reviews.
Partner across the platform
Agentic Surfaces intersects communication, layout, workspaces, docs, blocks, and more. You'll align with peer PM groups, influence without authority, and treat shared land as a feature — not a coordination tax.
Nice to have
Why this role matters
More than 250,000 customers already run critical work on monday. Agentic Surfaces is how we open the next chapter — for them and for new markets — by making agentic collaboration genuinely better, not merely available.
The industry is converging on the same insight: the artifact where work happens becomes the interface for directing, observing, and coordinating agents. We're building that layer on the platform where work already lives — with the context, governance, and scale enterprise teams expect.
You'll help define how millions of users transition into a world where humans and agents share one platform, one context, and one definition of "done" — alongside PMs who care as much about getting the hard parts right as you do.
If you want a narrow feature lane with a playbook already written — this isn't it.
If you want to shape how the world works with agents on the surface where it actually happens — let's talk.
