Since our launch in 2014, our mission at monday.com has been to make work easier, simpler, faster, and more intuitive.
That mission doesn’t just apply to the over 152k+ customers we’re proud to work with. It also applies to our own culture and way of life at monday.com. It goes without saying that bureaucracy is at odds with imagination and innovation. It also slows things down to a crawl. Since we wanted to create a workplace that prioritized rapid execution, we knew that excessive rubber stamping and unnecessary middlemen had no place at monday.com.
