To ensure a successful kickoff, please build your team to fill the following roles in advance:

The executive sponsor

The head of your division, department, or organization, responsible for commercial discussions.

Expected involvement: As needed

The workflow expert(s)

The individual(s) who will be responsible for customizing the CRM and building out your ideal use case.

Expected involvement: High-effort, weekly (online)

The project manager

The day-to-day champion that will drive internal adoption, as well as coordinate and manage the implementation project.

Expected involvement: Weekly

The technical admin(s)

The admin inside your monday account who will administer CRM licenses during rollout.

Expected involvement: As needed

Each member of the implementation team should complete the pre-kickoff form prior to the discovery call. This will outline the basic information needed for the CRM implementation.
