As a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, your mission is to partner with our sales leadership to drive high performance.

You will act as a business partner across several of our markets (DACH, Israel, Emerging) and balance the delivery of global enablement programs with local initiatives which deliver targeted impact in your aligned sub-regions

  • Business Partnership: Establish yourself as a vital member of the extended leadership team of your regions. You will partner with them regularly to drive high performance amongst their teams and play an integral role in ensuring a strong feedback loop between regional leadership and global enablement. You will drive relevancy and urgency through regular communications, ensuring that leadership can drive accountability in their region.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with key cross-functional teams to deliver programs that are well integrated and strategically relevant.
  • Global Program Execution: Contribute to the definition and development of global enablement programs, designed to equip leaders to drive high performance. Work as part of a project team to contribute your expertise and reflect regional needs in program design. 
  • Local Program Execution: Develop an enablement roadmap for your regions, proactively aligning enablement initiatives to drive business priorities. Create end-to-end enablement programs for the unique needs of your aligned sub-regions.
  • Data-Driven Enablement: Utilize performance data to optimize enablement impact, ensuring programs directly drive revenue and bridge capability gaps.
  • Facilitation & Delivery: Contribute to the delivery of onboarding and everboarding programs in EMEA by facilitating live sessions for managers and reps


Your Experience & Skills

  • 5-8 years of experience in full-cycle sales roles and/or sales adjacent roles, preferably with enterprise customers
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, with the ability to pivot quickly and proceed despite ambiguity
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make decisions with scalability and long-term feasibility in mind
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of B2B SaaS
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
  • A consultative style approach to identifying and scoping enablement needs
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience working as part of large, global, cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of the basics of good instructional design and adult learning principles
