Senior Compensation Partner

The Senior Compensation Partner is responsible for the ongoing evaluation of their unit’s compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and performance-based compensation. This role will work with the unit’s senior management to ensure that the compensation programs support the unit’s business objectives and address talent retention, internal equality, and market competitiveness. You will partner with go-to-market leaders (mostly Sales) to open new units for new country locations for New York, Denver, Brazil, and the US remotely.

About The Role

The Senior Compensation Partner is responsible for the ongoing evaluation of their unit’s compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and performance-based compensation. This role will work with the unit’s senior management to ensure that the compensation programs support the unit’s business objectives and address talent retention, internal equality, and market competitiveness. You will partner with go-to-market leaders (mostly Sales) to open new units for new country locations for New York, Denver, Brazil, and the US remotely.

  • Serve as an internal consultant and strategic business advisor to the internal leadership team and other stakeholders, including finance, business leaders, legal, HRBPs, recruiters etc.
  • Assist in planning and executing of the company’s compensation processes, ensuring high accuracy and data integrity. 
  • Participate in salary & benefit surveys and market trend studies, analyze, and generate insights to assist in decision making.
  • Conduct and perform analysis of compensation processes and initiatives, such as annual compensation cycle, benchmarking, and salary ranges.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of Compensation experience or similar experience – knowledge in SaaS sales compensation - advantage
  • Knowledge of building Sales compensation packages and bonus programs 
  • Excellent analytical skills and a very high level of Excel
  • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations - advantage
  • Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain a high level of discretion in working with sensitive and highly confidential information.

Please note this is a hybrid role in our NYC office in Union Square; 3 days per week.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $120,000 - $160,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
