Partner Growth Manager, Agentic CRM

monday.com is building a dedicated CRM partner program in North America, targeting RevOps agencies that implement and manage CRM systems for their customers. This is a greenfield motion. The partner base does not exist yet.


You will recruit the right agencies, onboard them onto monday CRM, and own the ongoing relationship that drives partner-sourced pipeline. The primary motion is qualifying and closing inbound partner applications, with outbound recruiting, referrals, and your own RevOps agency network layered in when the opportunity calls for it.


Day to day, you're identifying target agencies, running partner discovery calls, negotiating partnership agreements, and managing an active book of partners through QBRs and deal support. You work closely with the Agentic Services Lead and Partner GTM Engineer to move newly recruited partners through activation quickly.

About The Role

Day to day, you're identifying target agencies, running partner discovery calls, negotiating partnership agreements, and managing an active book of partners through QBRs and deal support. You work closely with the Agentic Services Lead and Partner GTM Engineer to move newly recruited partners through activation quickly.

  • Identify and recruit high-fit North American RevOps agencies using monday's own agentic CRM platform as your primary recruiting engine. You'll work alongside marketing and Partner GTM Engineering to build the workflows.
  • Own the entire recruitment funnel from initial prospecting and discovery calls through negotiating and signing CRM partnership agreements.
  • Carry a partner-sourced pipeline number. You own the top of the funnel and the partners you sign.
  • Build the foundational processes and playbooks for a brand-new partner motion in North America
  • Experiment with and build AI-driven workflows into your recruitment and partner management process. Keep our motion ahead of where the agentic services landscape is heading.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Experience in sales or partnerships, with a track record of qualifying and closing inbound applications. Comfort running outbound when the opportunity calls for it.
  • A track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing partnership agreements with professional services firms
  • Comfort with ambiguity. You can build processes from scratch in a market where the partner base does not yet exist.
  • Deep curiosity for the AI ecosystem. You don't just read about AI trends, you build with AI tools to optimize GTM motions. You can speak fluently to partners about the future of AI-powered CRM implementation.

Please note that this role is on a hybrid model of 3x per week in our NYC office.



For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $139,000-$172,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.

As we are doubling down on our multi-product strategy, we are forming a GTM (go-to-market) team for our more advanced products (CRM & Dev). The GTM Manager role is a significant part of the team. We are looking for a talented, experienced and all-around player who is eager to dive deep into multiple business areas to help develop and promote the product through the CRO organization and our client base.
