About the Role
The GCC is one of the most exciting enterprise software markets in the world right now. Governments and organizations across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain are investing heavily in digital transformation, and monday.com is positioned to be at the center of it. As our Enterprise AE for the GCC, you’ll own new business development across the region, building pipeline from the ground up and closing complex, high-value deals with some of the most ambitious organizations in the Middle East.
This is a greenfield opportunity for someone who knows how to create demand, navigate enterprise buying cycles, and build trust in relationship-driven markets. You’ll be based in Tel Aviv and work closely with a strong GTM team behind you.
About the Team
You’ll join monday.com’s Consulting team, a group of enterprise sellers and strategic advisors who help the world’s largest organizations run smarter in the AI era. You’ll be backed by Solution Engineers, CSMs, and Sales leadership, with a platform and brand that open doors, and the autonomy to build your territory your way.
What You’ll Own
Own the full sales cycle across the GCC region, from outbound prospecting and pipeline generation through demo, negotiation, and close
Build and develop relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors across enterprise accounts in the region
Generate the majority of your pipeline through deliberate outbound activity, creativity, and regional market knowledge
Develop tailored account strategies that reflect GCC-specific buying processes, cultural nuances, and business priorities
Connect monday.com’s platform and AI capabilities directly to customer ROI and business outcomes
Negotiate and close complex, multi-stakeholder contracts
Partner with Solution Engineers, CSMs, and cross-functional teams to ensure customers maximize value post-sale
Act as the escalation point for commercial and relationship issues within your accounts
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience in a SaaS company (required)
Proven track record of selling into the GCC or broader Middle East market (required)
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota (required)
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from prospecting to close
Arabic or other regional language proficiency (strong advantage)
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or equivalent) preferred
Strong executive presence and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility at C-suite level
Self-starter mentality, comfortable building pipeline in a greenfield territory
