As a BigBrain Product Manager, you will build solutions that prepare monday for the AI era, drive work effectiveness, reduce operational costs, and empower every function in the company to multiply their impact and thrive in their roles. This role is all about leveraging innovation and cutting-edge technologies to shape the future of work at scale.

You will be reporting directly to the Data and AI infra product group lead.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful products end to end - Must.
  • Ability to define vision and strategy for complex, infrastructure-level products, and translate AI and data capabilities into simple, high impact solutions.
  • Strong business mindset with the ability to balance short term execution with long term platform thinking.
  • Comfort working on technically complex systems involving LLMs, retrieval mechanisms, RAG architectures, DWH integrations, and semantic layers.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using both qualitative and quantitative data to drive product decisions.
  • High ownership and ability to lead without consensus, align multiple stakeholders, and drive decisions forward.
  • Experience working closely with engineers, data scientists, and analysts on AI or data driven products.
  • Passion for excellent user experience, with the ability to simplify deep technical complexity into intuitive workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain product decisions to both technical and non technical audiences.
  • Deep curiosity around AI and LLMs, with a hands on and experimental mindset.
  • Fast learner who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments.
