  • Managing the Machine Learning and AI domains within the BigBrain group, working closely with highly capable teams of developers, analysts, and product managers.
  • Actively scale the group by recruiting top talent, mentoring managers, and establishing best practices and efficient processes.
  • Own the full cycle of machine learning and AI initiatives from ideation to execution, focusing on impact and continuous delivery connecting the models and science to business value 
  • Identify and analyze a wide range of inputs to pinpoint opportunities that align with company goals, transforming complex business & product challenges into actionable data science initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of machine-learning models, balancing short-term gains with long-term innovative projects to maximize business value.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and AI preferably in a hyper-growth environment.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a data science and AI group, with a proven track record in a similar growth-oriented company.
  • Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Physics, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field. 
  • Demonstrated capability in managing diverse stakeholders across the organization and driving multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A Leader who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience in leading end-to-end production-grade ML projects that address complex business and product issues.
  • Excellent SQL and Python skills, with a flair for crafting optimized data processing and machine learning pipelines.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, strong business acumen, and a team-oriented approach.
  • Team player, strong communication skills & business acumen
