  • Build a shared vision with the domain leadership for key product efforts, then support development by prototyping, collaborating with leading developers and technical leaders across the organization while serving as subject matter leader
  • Work closely with Product and Design, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Work with a team of experienced and highly talented developers in a CI/CD environment with cutting-edge technologies
  • Spearheaded the development of new features and functionalities from ideation to implementation, taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle
  • Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of our products, driving initiatives to improve code quality, performance, and scalability
  • Promote a culture of innovation and ongoing growth, inspiring the team to explore new ideas and think creatively
  • Continuously monitor and analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Our Stack - React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL We encourage our teams to stay updated on industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our product.About the Role


Your Experience & Skills

  • Strong proven technical skills and a passion for developing products that people love and use every day, developing features end-to-end (client and server)
  • 6+ years of experience building web applications from scratch
  • Technical leadership experience (Architect/ tech lead or similar roles)
  • Ability to collaborate with teammates and people from different departments to brainstorm, set targets, and devise solutions
  • Great product sense, a passion for building software that provides a great experience
  • Focus on quality and simplicity
  • A "growth mindset," including strong analytical, inquisitive, and data-driven experiences
  • Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic
  • Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super talented people)
