We’re looking for a Total Rewards Partner to join our Total Rewards team and help design, implement, and scale compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

We’re looking for a Total Rewards Partner to join our Total Rewards team and help design, implement, and scale compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to support compensation processes across multiple orgs
  • Lead and support annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity) end-to-end
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on compensation structures and employee positioning
  • Support job architecture, leveling, and benchmarking efforts
  • Ensure our rewards programs remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with company strategy
  • Play a key role in building and improving processes, tools, and infrastructure

Your Experience & Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation / HR analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience working with compensation cycles and salary benchmarking tools
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excel / data proficiency (experience with HR systems is a plus)
  • Team player with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
