  • Forecast accurately and track key account metrics, communicating progress to internal stakeholders

  • Collaborate with CSMs and Renewal Managers to improve adoption, reduce churn, and maximize expansion revenue

  • Manage a fast-paced pipeline with multiple deals at different stages simultaneously

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters within your accounts

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of account management experience in a SaaS company (required)

  • At least 1 year of experience working within the Israeli market (required)

  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota (required)

  • Native Hebrew speaker with full professional English proficiency (required)

  • Experience managing a high-volume portfolio with multiple concurrent opportunities

  • Multi-product or platform selling experience (advantage)

  • High energy, strong ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • A fully dedicated L&D team with access to AI tools training, skills development workshops, and real growth opportunities

  • A collaborative, high-performance culture where transparency and ownership are core, and where top performers are seen and rewarded

  • Award-winning work environment, recognized as a Best Place to Work by Built In and Great Place to Work certified

  • A global team with offices in Tel Aviv, New York, London, Sydney, São Paulo, Tokyo, and more

  • Employee Resource Groups and resources that foster inclusion, belonging, and community
