About the Role
The Israeli market is one of monday.com’s most important and dynamic territories, and our SMB segment is where some of our fastest growth happens. As an SMB Account Manager, you’ll own a high-volume portfolio of Israeli customers, moving quickly to identify opportunities, close expansions, and build the kind of relationships that turn customers into long-term partners.
This is a role for someone who thrives on pace, loves the hunt within an existing book of business, and knows how to bring energy and structure to every customer conversation.
About the Team
You’ll join monday.com’s Consulting team, working alongside AMs, CSMs, and Renewal Managers who are deeply embedded in the Israeli market. The culture is collaborative, fast-moving, and performance-driven, with real visibility into your impact from day one.
What You’ll Own
Drive ARR growth across an assigned SMB portfolio through proactive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers across a high-volume book of business
Own the full commercial relationship for your accounts, including negotiations, expansions, and renewals
Forecast accurately and track key account metrics, communicating progress to internal stakeholders
Collaborate with CSMs and Renewal Managers to improve adoption, reduce churn, and maximize expansion revenue
Manage a fast-paced pipeline with multiple deals at different stages simultaneously
Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters within your accounts
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of account management experience in a SaaS company (required)
At least 1 year of experience working within the Israeli market (required)
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota (required)
Native Hebrew speaker with full professional English proficiency (required)
Experience managing a high-volume portfolio with multiple concurrent opportunities
Multi-product or platform selling experience (advantage)
High energy, strong ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
