Our sales team is growing rapidly in New York, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale a team of high-performing Mid-Market Account Executives. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth, strengthening our sales culture, and accelerating monday.com’s presence within the mid-market segment.

You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll have real ownership over team performance and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both strategy and execution as we continue to expand.

In this role you will:

  • Build, develop, and inspire a team of Account Executives to consistently exceed targets
  • Coach and lead from the front - providing expert sales guidance, hands-on deal support, and ongoing training to elevate performance
  • Own day-to-day sales execution, including pipeline management, forecasting, deal strategy, and performance tracking
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Enablement, Marketing, and Leadership to refine processes and improve team efficiency
  • Thrive in a high-growth environment while developing talent and driving both individual and team success

Your Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of full cycle SaaS sales experience
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales management experience
  • SAAS experience - required
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executive
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Ability to build strong personal relationship
  • Native English speaker - required
  • Self-starter, Result-oriented, high energy, adaptable and inquisitive
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • BA and/or MBA preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience

For Denver-based hires only: Compensation Range: $150,000 - $190,000k base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or RSUs based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations. 

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Denver office
