Only 479,000 US-born workers were added to the labor force in the last five years, compared to 3.6 million foreign-born workers, meaning immigrant workers account for 88% of workforce growth since 2019. While these workers are typically working jobs in lower-paying professions, experts say that without these immigration levels, the US would struggle to maintain its customary economic growth rate.

By focusing on continuous learning, you make work feel more meaningful and exciting, and you foster a sense of momentum that makes them excited about their future with you.
