The Professional Service Package(s) (“Package(s)”) and any Work Products provided in connection with the Package(s) are subject to the terms and conditions of the Additional Service Terms (the “Additional Terms”) which forms part of the monday.com Terms of Service and/or such other agreement governing the provision and consumption of the Services (“Agreement”). Terms not defined herein shall have the meaning in the Additional Terms and/or the Agreement as applicable.
1. The consultants will perform the applicable Additional Services (as such term is defined under the Additional Terms) on behalf of monday.com under the corresponding Package(s). The consultants shall be either personnel of monday.com or a third party service provider (and such third party shall be considered a sub-processor for the sake of performing any of the Additional Services under the Package), as determined by monday.com in its sole discretion.
2. The scope of services included in a Package will be provided to Customer during the term identified in the Package, or as otherwise set forth in the respective Order Form, subject to the reasonable availability of the consultant. The general scope of the services to be provided under each Package will be as agreed between the Customer and monday.com during the term of the Package. The maximum amount of hours allocated by monday.com to provide the scope of services under each Package shall be as followed:

3. In order for monday.com to timely complete the provision of the agreed scope of the Additional Services under a Package, Customer will fully cooperate with the consultant and shall provide all information, materials, consents or access to Customer’s Account as required for the provision of the agreed scope of the Additional Services under a Package.
4. Additional scope beyond those provided under the applicable Package(s) may be agreed upon on an as-needed basis between monday.com and the Customer and set forth in a written agreement.
5. Any services not detailed under the scope of an applicable Package guide and/or additional products or scope will require the purchase of other Additional Services plans and/or subscriptions.
6. Each Package and these General Terms may be updated by monday.com from time to time.
7. All Fees paid by Customer for a Package are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
