You are receiving this email because you are a user on a monday.com account. Each user accepts our legal terms upon creation of their monday.com user profile and we are required to keep you informed about changes made thereto for transparency reasons.

No action is required from you, and you may continue to use monday.com as usual. That said, we do recommend checking out the new terms, or read the summary below, to see which changes we have made.

3. I am unsubscribed from receiving marketing emails - why did I receive this update?

● We’ve made changes to support the addition of new products and/or services as well as changes to our operations to allow us to provide these products and/or services and to enable their purchase.

Privacy Policy

● We’re excited to be certified with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), and the UK and Swiss extensions thereto, and have updated our Privacy Policy to reflect this.
● We’ve added language covering the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for transparency reasons.
● We made revisions to reflect our updated practices regarding the purposes for which, and how we use the data we collect from you.
