We are looking for a strong Product Group Lead to drive vision and execution in this domain, uplifting this area to a robust self service platform that can support an organization with 500 developers (today) growing to 1000+ over multiple sites globally. This is a people management role, involving hiring and evolving a team.
- Lead product vision and roadmap: define the needs and key initiatives to pave the way to production and developer scale
- Hire and lead a team of 3-5 product managers, guiding them in their roles
- Contribute to building a strong product culture by establishing ceremonies and providing leadership within the Infrastructure groups
- Use insights from similar companies, data trends, and feedback to continuously shape the experience and requirements for the Core Engineering infrastructure domain.
- Establish a shared vision across the company while working with talented cross-functional team members. You’ll take full ownership and have a massive impact on the company.
- Stakeholder management: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and maintain clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.
Your Experience & Skills
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on cloud, networking, or developer tooling.
- 5+ years of experience managing product managers
- Self-driven individual comfortable with motivating, leading, and making decisions.
- Strong technical background in relevant domains
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience leading Enterprise SaaS B2B products is a plus.
- You are a quick learner who adapts well and thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
