About The Role

monday.com is looking for a talented Account Executive - French Speaker who will be responsible for closing new business relationships with our clients. You’ll join our Consulting Team based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

This is the start of something BIG! As an Account Executive for our Service product you will be responsible for scaling Service sales by providing expert-level industry, sales, and product knowledge to our customers - focusing on the value our Service product delivers as part of our WorkOS platform.

  • The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying role where you will own the full sales cycle for our Service product.
  • Lead discovery and Service-focused demos to align on business outcomes, while highlighting possibilities and best practices
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect usage directly to customer ROI
  • Act as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to develop and deliver the #1 Service product in the market
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position monday against alternatives, and continuously enhance our offering for scale
  • Manage our existing portfolio of customers who may be interested in the product and source new opportunities

Your Experience & Skills

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company
  • Native French speaker and Fluent English - must
  • Experience in negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Track record of success and overachievement
  • Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach
  • Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Additional languages – advantage
  • Self-starter, energetic, adaptable, inquisitive, and excited to work in a start-up environment
