Manager, Sales Development

We are looking for a passionate, data-driven Sales Development Manager to help accelerate new business pipeline across the Mid-Market & Enterprise space and coach and manage a team of SDRs. This role reports to the Director of Business Development for North America. 

Please note that this role is on a hybrid model in our Denver location.

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate, data-driven Sales Development Manager to help accelerate new business pipeline across the Mid-Market & Enterprise space and coach and manage a team of SDRs. This role reports to the Director of Business Development for North America.

  • Directly manage a team of SDRs to successfully convert marketing-generated leads into qualified meetings with decision-makers across the Mid-Market & Enterprise market segments.
  • Own and drive execution of pipeline goals by understanding and analyzing top-of-the-funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue produced.
  • Work cross-functionally with our Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Enablement teams to develop Sales-led growth strategies.
  • Implement, improve, and standardize key sales processes to achieve consistent and repeatable motions that predictably drive revenue growth.
  • Proactively track and analyze key trends to inform data-driven decisions
  • Attract, hire, develop, and retain world-class SDR talent
  • Develop and coach high-performing SDRs into monday’s future sales talent

Your Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in SaaS (direct experience managing a team of SDRs/BDRs)
  • 2-3 years of business development and pipeline generation experience
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota as an SDR Manager
  • Ability to drive and manage cross-functional initiatives at scale
  • Experienced in hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment
  • High levels of self-motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and people management skills 
  • Strong knowledge of outbound technology and technique
  • Salesforce experience required

For Colorado-based hires only: Compensation Range: $105,000-135,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
