monday.com is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Insights) who will play a pivotal role in defining, designing, and executing the insights strategy for monday.com. This role involves building and enhancing our platform’s reporting and analytics capabilities, ensuring users gain actionable insights from their data with ease, and driving value through intuitive, data-driven features that empower users to make informed decisions efficiently.

  • Define and execute the vision and strategy for monday.com's insights and analytics capabilities. 
  • Build and lead monday.com’s insights strategy and roadmap, focusing on delivering powerful reporting tools and data-driven features. 
  • Work closely with customer success, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to prioritize insights features based on user needs, market trends, and strategic importance. 
  • Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring the development of impactful and valuable features. 
  • Partner with the engineering team to understand technical challenges and opportunities, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and performant. 
  • Ensure the user experience for accessing and utilizing insights is intuitive, accessible, and empowers users to derive maximum value from their data. 
  • Motivate a group of some of the smartest, most committed, and fun people you’ve ever worked with. 

  • Set, track, and analyze KPIs to measure the success and impact of insights initiatives, continually refining the strategy for improvement.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong technical background with an ability to address and solve complex insights & analytics challenges.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Ability to lead strategic discussion with some of our biggest clients.
  • Strong communication skills and have the ability to explain the rationale of product decisions thoroughly
  • You are analytical and experienced in working with qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions. 
  • You are a fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – Advantage
