Director Product Manager (Enterprise Work Management)

As Director of Product Management – Enterprise Work Management, you will lead one of the company’s most critical and high-impact product areas, owning products that generate more than 50% of monday.com’s revenue. This role sits at the center of our enterprise strategy and execution, shaping how the world’s largest organizations plan, execute, govern, and scale their work on monday.com.

You will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision for our Work Management for Enterprise product suite, ensuring that monday.com delivers enterprise-grade solutions that meet the needs of complex, global organizations. This is a rare opportunity to own strategy and execution across products that directly power customer value, revenue growth, and long-term platform differentiation.

You will partner closely with senior leaders across product, engineering, design, sales, customer success, marketing, and security, and build a high-performing organization of product leaders to deliver impact at scale.

You will partner closely with senior leaders across product, engineering, design, sales, customer success, marketing, and security, and build a high-performing organization of product leaders to deliver impact at scale.

Product Strategy & Business Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy across work management and enterprise capabilities, with direct accountability for products representing over 50% of company revenue.
  • Define a cohesive vision for how large enterprises manage projects, portfolios, resources, governance, and execution on monday.com.
  • Represent enterprise product priorities in company-wide planning, influencing roadmaps, go-to-market strategy, customer lifecycle, and monetization.
  • Translate deep customer insight and market understanding into differentiated, scalable enterprise offerings.


Enterprise Customer & Platform Leadership

  • Develop a deep understanding of enterprise personas, including executives, PMOs, team leaders, IT administrators, and security teams.
  • Ensure enterprise needs around scale, administration, permissions, auditability, integrations, and data governance are embedded into product strategy.

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Own and prioritize the roadmaps, setting clear objectives and measurable outcomes across work management, reporting, resource management, and platform foundations.
  • Lead multiple product groups, ensuring strong execution, clear ownership, and alignment to overarching enterprise goals.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and support to deliver scalable solutions and processes for enterprise customers.

Team & Organizational Leadership

  • Hire, develop, and mentor a world-class team of product leaders, including managers of managers.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, customer obsession, and impact.

Act as a senior product leader and trusted partner across the organization, influencing decisions at the highest levels.


Your Experience & Skills

  • 12+ years of product leadership experience in B2B SaaS, with significant experience building and scaling enterprise products.
  • Proven track record of owning product strategy for large, revenue-driving product areas; experience at VP level strongly preferred.
  • Deep experience with enterprise-scale solutions, including work management, platform capabilities, or infrastructure-level products.
  • Strong strategic thinker with an execution mindset - comfortable operating from high-level vision down to detailed product decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives and align diverse stakeholders around a common direction.
  • Experience growing and leading product organizations in fast-growing, complex environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence at executive and board levels.
  • MBA or equivalent business experience a plus.
