Strategic Finance and Investor Relations Manager

We are seeking a Strategic Finance & Investor Relations Manager to support monday.com’s growing public-company finance function. This role sits at the intersection of investor communications, corporate development, financial planning, and strategic analysis, partnering closely with the Head of Investor Relations, Head of Corporate Development, CFO, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams.


The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the investment community, with opportunities to shape external messaging and internal decision-making as monday.com continues to scale.

About The Role

Investor Relations & Capital Markets

  • Support quarterly earnings processes, including earnings materials, Q&A preparation, earnings call scripts, and post-earnings follow-ups
  • Prepare and maintain investor presentations, fact books, and long-term financial narratives
  • Track and analyze investor feedback, sell-side research, consensus estimates, and market sentiment
  • Assist in managing investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and Investor Day events
  • Help ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant external communications in partnership with Legal and Finance


Strategic Finance & Executive Analysis 

  • Conduct financial and strategic analyses to support long-term planning, capital allocation, and key business initiatives
  • Analyze KPIs such as ARR, NDR, RPO, customer cohorts, and multi-product adoption to inform executive-level discussions
  • Support M&A and corporate development initiatives, including target screening, strategic rationale development, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and integration planning in partnership with senior finance and business leaders
  • Assist with due diligence processes, investment committee materials, and post-acquisition performance trackingPartner with FP&A, GTM, Product, and Strategy teams to evaluate growth levers, pricing, packaging, and investment ROI
  • Support board materials and executive presentations with clear, data-driven insights


Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor public SaaS peers, macro trends, and capital markets developments relevant to monday.com
  • Develop competitive benchmarking and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making

Your Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic finance, investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or a related role
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives
  • Familiarity with public-company reporting, SaaS metrics, and capital markets dynamics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high bar for precision and clarity
  • High degree of ownership, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Experience working cross-functionally and with senior executives

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $200,000 - $220,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations
