About the team
We are seeking experienced Tech Leads to join our brand new AI R&D group within the platform. You will take part in implementing generative AI capabilities within monday.com AI platform, including defining the strategy of using LLMs, creating the foundation for cross teams implementation and productizing it as part of our platform offering.

About the team
We are seeking experienced Tech Leads to join our brand new AI R&D group within the platform. You will take part in implementing generative AI capabilities within monday.com AI platform, including defining the strategy of using LLMs, creating the foundation for cross teams implementation and productizing it as part of our platform offering.
- Be part of an R&D domain technical leadership, closely affect the company products architecture and craftsmanship.
- Evolve our architecture and engineering to support the ever growing scale of users, features and data.
- Working closely with engineers, data scientists, product managers and designers to build production-ready infrastructure for more than 2 million users
- Our stack - Typescript, React, Node.js, MySQL, Elastic search and Redis
Your Experience & Skills
- Strong proven technical skills building features end-to-end (client and server) and passion for production high scale services, data modeling and databases.
- Able to lead the team operational excellence, quality and craftsmanship with strong communication skills, empathetic, and someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment..
- Technical leadership experience (Architect / tech lead or similar roles)
- Previous knowledge and experience with LLMs - an advantage
