We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to create long-term, trusting relationships within the public sector of Israel. The Enterprise Account Executive’s role is to develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

  • 3+ years in SaaS Account Executive – Proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise accounts, driving growth and renewals.
  • 2+ years of experience in the Israeli Public Sector – working with government organizations, understanding procurement processes.
  • Proven Sales Performance – History of exceeding sales targets, especially in the public sector.
  • Native Hebrew Speaker – Fluent in Hebrew, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in English – Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience Selling Multi-Product Solutions – Advantage
  • Exceptional Communication Skills – Able to engage with public sector stakeholders at all levels.
  • Positive Attitude & Empathy – Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric mindset.
  • High Energy & Adaptability – Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Customer-Centric & Goal-Oriented – Focused on client needs and achieving outcomes.
  • Strong Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills – Able to manage multiple accounts and solve complex issues.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years in SaaS account management – MUST
  • 2+ years working within the Israeli public sector – MUST
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas – MUST
  • Native Hebrew speaker – MUST
  • Proficient in English – MUST
  • Experience selling to government or public sector organizations – Advantage
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes – Advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Ability to engage with government stakeholders at all levels
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and empathy
  • Ability to navigate complex public sector environments and adapt to changes
  • Customer-centric, goal-oriented, and solutions-driven
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in public sector accounts
