Shape the Future of Enterprise Success in the DACH Region with monday.com

Ready to make your mark in an extraordinary company?

This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role as a founding member of our new regional office — while leveraging the support and innovation of a $1B ARR, NASDAQ-traded company.

As part of one of the fastest-growing software companies in the world, with monday.com you’ll be embarking on an exciting journey to expand our presence in the DACH region.

We’re not just about software—we’re about empowering teams to achieve their best work. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, helping some of the region’s most influential organisations unlock their potential and achieve measurable success. This role offers you the chance to work at the intersection of strategic advisory, relationship-building, and business growth, driving meaningful impact across a dynamic client base.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead with impact: Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts in the DACH region, serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Deliver measurable success: Showcase the platform’s value by understanding client needs, optimizing their operations, and empowering them to make data-driven decisions.
  • Drive growth: Identify up-sell, cross-sell, and add-on opportunities, strategically expanding partnerships and exceeding growth targets.
  • Consult strategically: Advise clients on internal processes and transformation strategies, fostering long-term success.
  • Champion adoption: Develop and implement strategies that promote platform adoption and usage within client organizations.
  • Collaborate for excellence: Partner with internal teams to provide client insights and feedback, contributing to continuous improvement in our products and services.
  • Own the sales cycle: Manage every step, from opportunity identification to negotiation and contract management, ensuring seamless execution and long-term satisfaction.

  • Fluent in German and English (a must).
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, ideally with enterprise clients (> €50-150K ACV).
