Human Resources Business Partner

We are looking for a passionate, driven, and strategic HRBP to support departments in our Go to Market organization, partnering with their leadership teams.

In this role you will lead the People strategy for global and regional departments, focusing on achieving our business goals by developing and coaching leaders in People strategy, driving our target company culture, creating an outstanding employee experience, and enabling teams to go above and beyond. You will do this all while ensuring alignment between business units and the global People strategy, and closely collaborating with the global People team.

As the HRBP, you’ll take a key role in driving organizational health and our unique culture and values, continuously assessing the organizational needs, devising solutions and coaching managers and employees. Your role will include ownership of onboarding, engaging, growing, and developing our people, as well as adapting cross-organizational HR processes and leading initiatives to best support the team’s development and growth.

About The Role

  • Design, support and execute people-related strategy.
  • Act as a strategic partner and advisor through thought partnership, coaching and guidance to senior leadership (mostly directors and above). 
  • Coach and develop senior leaders to enhance leadership capabilities, foster high-performing teams, and maintain a strong people-first culture.
  • Proactively assess team and organizational needs and root causes, make recommendations, guide informed decision-making, and implement appropriate solutions by leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including org design, performance management, talent management, engagement, recognition, change management, and team building to support the team’s growth and individual development plans.
  • Partner with the HR Functions and Regional and global HR Partners as to workforce planning, recruiting, employee engagement, training, and development needs and ensure cultural alignment.
  •  Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts to promote a culture of belonging, ensuring equitable practices and supporting other DEI initiatives.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 6+ years as an HR Business Partner in the tech industry, ideally from hyper-growth SaaS Companies.
  • Experience supporting Go to Market and Client-facing departments. 
  • Strong understanding of business metrics and a commercial mindset, you are able to “speak the language” of the Go to Market teams.
  • Experience in a global environment - providing HR support to global leaders and teams, while collaborating with global HR functions 
  • Proven track record of successfully positioning as a trusted partner and impacting teams and senior leaders (VPs and Directors). 
  • Thrives in a dynamic and changing environment, experience in supporting scaling teams
  • Collaborator and team player - an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills.
  • Holds analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, experience in using data to identify insights and trends that drive action, and exercises solid judgment.
  • Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrates project management and change management experience.

Please note this is a hybrid role working 3 days per week in our NYC office.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $120,000 - $155,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
