About The Role

monday.com is a global software company transforming how businesses operate. Our Work OS enables ~245, 000 customers worldwide to build tailored solutions that drive efficiency, visibility, and growth. We prioritize impact, flexibility, and collaboration across our team of 2, 500+ employees globally.

At monday.com, we don’t just scale products, we build new ones. Within our Incubation organization, we launch ambitious, independent ventures that live inside monday but operate like startups. This is where we explore entirely new markets, test bold ideas, and build the future beyond our core platform.

We’re looking for a visionary Incubation Product Lead to join our Incubation team and own the product strategy, execution, and vision for a portfolio of independent early-stage startups currently being built within the monday.com ecosystem.

These startups are separate from our core product, operate like high-autonomy startups, and require a unique blend of product leadership, founder-mindset, and strategic agility.

As the Incubation Product Lead, you’ll:

  • Take full product ownership across multiple early-stage products at once
  • Define each product’s vision and strategic roadmap from concept to product-market fit and early scale
  • Work closely with dedicated startup teams (engineering, design, GTM) as the central product decision-maker
  • Continuously validate product-market fit, pivot rapidly, and lead launches in fast-changing environments
  • Serve as the connective tissue between the Incubation teams and monday.com's executive leadership

Your Experience & Skills

  • Experienced product leader: 6+ years in product roles with 2+ years leading products in early-stage environments (startups, innovation labs, etc.)
  • Startup-minded: You’ve worn many hats, love zero-to-one challenges, and thrive under ambiguity
  • Autonomous & decisive: You can operate independently and move fast
  • Customer-obsessed: You are relentlessly focused on solving real problems and crafting delightful user experiences
  • Data-smart: Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative validation techniques, from A/B testing to customer interviews
  • Clear communicator: You distill complex ideas into compelling narratives for any audience, execs, teammates, or early users
  • Bonus: Experience in founding a startup, joining as an early employee, or running an internal innovation team
